1. Can I get a Delivery Schedule?

Yes, just contact us via phone at 800-621-1885 or sign into your account using the sign in tab.

2. How often will we receive deliveries?

Our routes are schedule for every 4 weeks delivery.  We will provide you with a calendar which shows the exact dates your route driver will deliver.

3. How can I pay my Bill?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.  However, there are many other ways to pay your account balance.

  • We can bill your credit card or debit card automatically each month.  You will still receive a statement in the mail for your records.  Call us and we will set it up for you.
  • You may write your credit card information on the statement stub and mail it back to the address provided.
  • You can mail in a check along with your statement.
  • You may pay online with your credit card/debit card by logging in.
  • You may give your driver a check or cash at time of delivery.

4. When am I charged for Bottle Deposits?

We charge a $6.00 deposit for each returnable 3 and 5 gallon bottle we deliver.  These deposits are fully refundable.

5. What is the minimum bottle quantity that I must accept?

On your first delivery there is a minimum of 3 bottles.  After that, you are able to increase/decrease your order as necessary.
